Why is volumetric weight charged?
Larger items occupy more space on a vehicle or aircraft, which increases shipping costs. When an item is bulky but lightweight, charges are typically calculated based on its dimensions rather than its actual weight.
Determine volumetric weight for freight shipping
Most road freight carriers, air freight services, and airlines apply a 6,000 divisor when calculating volumetric weight. To find the volumetric weight of your shipment, multiply the length, width, and height (in cm), then divide the result by 6,000.

What qualifies as a successful referral ?The referral reward will be issued once the referred customer successfully completes their first shipment with us. This shipment must include at least one of the following services: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Freight, Customs Clearance, or International Courier. Additionally, the customer must have settled all outstanding charges in full, and the shipment must have been successfully delivered.

How do I get paid?Once the referred client has completed their first shipment with us, you will receive the reward in your bank account. We will request your banking account details for this.
