Cancellation Policy

At Sing Logistics Solutions T/A AK CONSULTING, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or rescheduling of our consulting services. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Requests:

• 1.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our designated contact person.

• 1.2. Please provide your full name, contact information, and the details of the service you wish to cancel.

• 1.3. We recommend submitting cancellation requests as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other clients.

Cancellation Fees:

• 2.1. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the service.

• 2.2. The applicable cancellation fees can be up to and above 100% of the the original quoted amount, if there are additional charges that have occurred.

Timelines for Cancellation:

• 3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled shipment booking, we require a minimum notice period of 1 business day (24 Hours) prior to the scheduled collection.

• 3.2. Failure to provide the minimum notice period may result in the assessment of cancellation fees.

Refunds:

• 4.1. If cancellation fees apply, any refundable amounts will be processed within 2-10 business days after deducting the applicable fees.

• 4.2. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Rescheduling:

• 5.1. If you wish to reschedule a shipment booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

• 5.2. We will make our best efforts to accommodate your request based on the availability of our logistics transporters.

Amendment or Termination:

• 6.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this cancellation policy at any time, without prior notice.

• 6.2. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to you promptly.
