How do I track my shipment?You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided at the time of booking. We will also keep you updated every morning on your shipments with real-time status report.

How do I book a shipment?You can book a shipment by getting in touch with us by filling out our online form or emailing us at accounts@akconsultings.com. Our courier team will provide you with a quote and guide you through the process.

What customs documents are required?Required documents typically include a commercial invoice, packing list, and any applicable export/import licenses. Our team will guide you through the documentation process.

What are the referral comission rates?Earn R 250 for every successful referral customer. This will be paid out once their shipment is complete.

How will you know if I refer a customer?Once a customer contacts us for a shipment, they will need to present your unique referral code. This will allow us to link this customer to you on our system.

What qualifies as a successful referral ?When the referred customer completes their first shipment with us, which includes any one of the following : Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Freight, Customs Clearance or International Courier.

How do I get paid?When you claim your referral code, you will receive an email from AK Consulting discussing next steps. We will always keep you up to date if a referral has been successful, and will transfer the money straight to your account of choice.
